There is a very novice question to ask everyone:
I downloaded a Chinese bootable disk, which is 1.4m. After I formatted the floppy disk, it is only 1.38m. What should I do? Can I use a partitioning software to partition it into 2 parts? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

No need, it should be read in with HD-COPY and then written to the floppy disk. HD-COPY will automatically expand the floppy disk.

I first used HD-copy2.3 to read, then used winimage to edit, and finally used HD-copy2.0 to write! |
