I only know that dir /p makes it show one screen at a time. When looking at unrar's extraction help, it has a lot of commands. Am I doing it right like this: c:\unrar /? /p But it doesn't stop at all, it goes straight to the end of the commands and flashes by in an instant. Up to now I still haven't seen the command I need. Is unrar /? /p wrong?

Then try adding the pipe command "more" at the end.
Just enter the command like this: "unrar /? |more" See whether it can stop... |
