For ads, malicious flooding, and screen-spamming, if the circumstances are serious, lock them up. No posting for N days (N depends on the situation). If they refuse to mend their ways, ban the ID.
As for the others, just educate them a bit and let it go. If they refuse to mend their ways, lock them up. |
