I have some DOS software on 2 floppy disks. If I don't want to boot Windows, after booting from A: I want to use the software at the command line. Is it enough to just transfer the system with sys? It won't overwrite the DOS software I already have, right? Thanks!

Yes, you can.
It won't, of course as long as your floppy still has enough free space.

If it's directly under Win98 pure DOS, then just sys A: and that will do, right? If I do sys first, and then put the DOS software on it, that's the same too, right? Thank you!
