After I installed Virtual PC for Windows V5.1, I can create a virtual PC and study pure DOS under WINDOWS.
After I downloaded DOS (since my floppy drive is broken), extracted it onto the hard disk, how do I boot DOS?? ---- (After opening Virtual PC for Windows V5.1, the software automatically searches the floppy drive) |

Install DOS onto your VPC's virtual hard disk and use it.

How do I install DOS? I made the DOS installer into a virtual ISO file, then set it to boot from CD-ROM (my floppy drive is broken).

No need, just use a bootable img file.
