This move seems really hard to do. I heard them say you have to switch some weapon while jumping or something? I don't play CS, so I don't know.

This scene was made, not something you can actually do in the game. This animation even has stuff like using a sniper rifle to shoot a HE grenade, all of it was done in post-production.
