After booting, the original G is no longer G. Just start from drive C and check in order; if you can enter one, use DIR to see whether it's G.

Like this: when you boot from the CD, the system automatically creates a virtual RAM drive. 98 can't recognize NTFS partitions, but it can recognize FAT32, so to the system there are “two” hard disks. Take a look and see which one it is.

By the way, I seem to remember that GHOST versions below 2002 couldn't write to NTFS partitions. Is that right? I don't remember clearly.
