Not long ago I installed Kingsoft PowerWord 2003 on my computer, and it actually wouldn't run! I went to the Kingsoft website and only then found out that Kingsoft PowerWord 2003 can't be installed under a folder with a Chinese name; I had to download a patch to fix it. This is simply a huge joke. What kind of Chinese software can't be installed under a Chinese folder? Have any of you ever heard of English software that can't be installed on an English computer? I'm speechless! Just think: those users who paid for a genuine copy wanted to enjoy the highest level of treatment, but if they happened to install it under a Chinese folder, wouldn't that be committing a major taboo and make them break out in a cold sweat? I remember Kingsoft Antivirus was even more ridiculous before. There were obviously no viruses on the computer, but it insisted on making some up just to show off its "knows no virus it can't kill, kills without end" ability. If you installed its old rival Rising on the computer, it would even slander Rising as having a virus. Kingsoft Office 2002 is what really deserves to be called funny: when you click print preview, it actually says you don't have a printer installed. Come on, tell me what "preview" means then! Kingsoft Fast Translation is also both laughable and exasperating. It always translates 闲置的资源 as "idle ram." Please, if you want to make me laugh, you could at least translate it as "leisurely ram"—what kind of "idle ram" is that? Kingsoft is garbage, Kingsoft is trash, Kingsoft is free, I love Kingsoft.
