I’ve tried a 160G one, no problem.

Expert, so that means for hard drives under 160G, you basically don’t need any separate partitioning software to partition them, right?
BTW: can a newly configured PC be partitioned directly with a DOS 7.1 floppy disk??? |

As far as I know, under MS-DOS 7.10, at least an ultra-large 2048GB hard drive can be used normally (that is, the capacity of a single FAT32 partition). If there are multiple FAT32 partitions, then the supported hard drive capacity can be even larger!
That is to say, as long as the hard drive space is under 2048GB, with MS-DOS 7.1 there’s no need to partition it. |

The following is quoted from Master Rushi’s post at 2003-6-14 12:31:28: Got it! |
