Ask a very, very noob question, what language was DOS developed with? If one wants to develop DOS, what languages must one know, and what software will be used? To develop a graphical interface, just like WIN9X, what software is needed and what language is used? Hope the experts can answer! Thanks thanks thanks!

First, let you know that DOS is developed by Microsoft. Want to develop DOS? First understand DOS. What languages do you need to know? Mainly C language. Of course, the more the better. But debug.exe is enough for you to learn. Early DOS programmers used debug.exe to assemble (many still do now)
