Under the DOS that comes with win98se (pure DOS), I can't use the CD command to go from drive C to other drives, such as drive D or E; but I can use the FORMAT command to format drive D and E. I don't know what the reason is, please give me some pointers, experts!!

The CD command can't change drive letters..

To enter drive D, use:
D： To enter drive E, use: E： and so on. |
