I downloaded the MS-DOS 7.1 boot disk, it's an .img, but I don't know how to extract it.
I've been messing with it for half a day, and I don't know what's going on today, the Chinese DOS site can't be reached. |

.img is a virtual CD-ROM image file.

I downloaded DOS 7.1 from New DOS Age Dos71bd.img this is the filename How am I supposed to use it? |

Haha... under DOS use hdcopy, dosimg, undisk... and other software to expand it...
Under Windows use winimage |

Ah, finally got it working. If you'd said earlier to use winimage, wouldn't that have been enough?
