Create a new shortcut on the desktop, enter "shutdown -s -t 0", name it and save it. Then you can quickly shut down the computer by double-clicking this icon in the future.

Rebooting is "shutdown -r -t 0". You should take a good look at the help, which includes shutdown -i or shutdown -h.
