How can experts use DOS to modify the content in a TXT file? For example: 1. I want to modify the content in a certain TXT file and then save it. 2. I want to replace the characters in a certain line of a TXT file with the characters in a certain line of another TXT file.

Can it be done completely under DOS? That is, use DOS commands to find a certain sentence in a.txt, and then use this sentence to replace a certain sentence in the b.txt file, all completed under the DOS batch processing.
