1。FAT and NTFS are completely two different animals. They have almost nothing in common.
2。Older versions of DOS can be installed on FAT16 partitions, newer versions can be installed on FAT32 partitions, and DOS cannot be installed on NTFS partitions.
3。XP can be installed on FAT16/32 or NTFS partitions.
4。A hard disk needs a driver. D:, E:, F: are disk partitions, and generally do not need drivers, unless you want XP to recognize a LINUX partition, or DOS to recognize an NTFS partition, but I don't think that kind of thing should be called a disk driver.
5。Installing DOS and XP on one partition is completely possible; LINUX has to be installed on another partition.
6。That thing under XP is not DOS. DOS, like XP, is a complete operating system.

2。MS-DOS 6.22 and earlier are all old DOS, while the MS-DOS 7.1 on this forum is a newer DOS. The latter supports large memory, large hard disks, FAT32 partitions, and long filenames.
