How can I install DOS 6.22 and WINDOWS 98 on the same partition at the same time?

Just install the MS-DOS 7.10 that comes with Win98. MS-DOS 6.22 is too old, and its features are limited (for example, it does not support FAT32 or long filenames, etc.). Read this article:

It's best to install them on two partitions, and I also don't recommend having DOS622 and WIN98 coexist, because DOS622 does not support FAT32 partitions. To make the two compatible, you have to sacrifice WIN98 performance (by using FAT16 partitions), and that's not worth it.
