I only keep seeing the terms everyone mentions, like virtual CD-ROM drive, virtual memory, virtual hard disk～～～～～～～～～
and also ISO and stuff what exactly are these things and what are they used for Thanks in advance |

Virtual means simulated, made to look like the real thing. ISO is a CD image file.
