Is there a command-line program that can pause processes? I've been searching for a long time, but only found ones with a graphical interface!

Only heard of things like ntsd, never seen a pause, seems like there's a pause service.

What does "pause" mean? All timer/IO stopped?

That is to suspend all threads of this process. We can wake them up when we need them, which is the pause function in an advanced process manager. But I want a command-line one for easy invocation when writing scripts.

If this process is a service process, I only know one
net pause "service name"
I don't know others
It can be ended with taskkill, but it hangs up... I don't know
