The 32-bit protected mode of DOS is the most efficient platform currently! Although WINDOWS is 32-bit, the problem of efficiency degradation cannot be avoided in multi-tasking. The 16-bit DOS cannot give full play to the best advantages of the current PC in terms of both registers and memory.
