China DOS Union

Hello everyone, I don't know much about DOS, so please help answer this for me ^^
Can I use a DOS interface like XP's under 98, or is there similar software that lets me input Chinese and also drag the window up and down to browse..?
If so, which DOS software do I need? And how do I do it?
If anyone knows, please tell me, thank you..

In the MSDOS window under 98, if you call PDOS95 you can input Chinese.

Open the c：\windows\command folder and have a look, PDOS95 is the Chinese-language platform that comes with Windows. As for making the DOS window like a browser so it can go up or down, that can also be done by calling the corresponding program.

Traditional Chinese Windows doesn't have anything like CDOS95.......M$ is really biased......

Roy is also using the Traditional Chinese version of Windows now, right.
