Generally speaking, typing the command /? or /H can get help, and typing the command /HELP gets more detailed help. In this way, even if there is no information such as detailed explanations of DOS commands at hand, you can get enough information to help you use DOS commands. However, generally the help information displayed is in English. What if you don't understand English? There are two methods below: 1. Solution under DOS: Install CCDOS. CCDOS comes with a Chineseization module, which can Chineseize the screen information of most commands. As shown in the following figure: This is a captured image when running the DIR command. The parts circled in red and green are two groups of different information, one is under the English DOS, and the other is under CCDOS. For example, the help information of DIR: The following is a captured image of running dir/? under the English DOS: The following is a captured image of running dir/? under CCDOS: We can see that most of the information is Chineseized under CCDOS, but the part circled in red is still in English. What to do? Run another translation software. See, the part circled in green at the bottom of the above figure is the Chineseized information of the part circled in red above. Here, Oriental Express 2K for DOS version is used. 2. Solution under Windows: Install the Chinese version of Win2000 and it's OK. As shown in the following figure. This is a captured image of running DIR/? under the Chinese version of Win2000. I think, to learn DOS well, you should get used to using the method of command /? or command /H or command /HELP to get help! Instead of relying on information such as detailed explanations of DOS commands! Besides, many software under DOS abide by displaying help information with /? or /h. You can try adding a /? or /h after the software name when using these software. The CCDOS and DFKC2K (Oriental Express 2K for DOS version) mentioned above are available for download in the forum. Please search by yourself.

There is a small problem: typing /HELP in pure DOS of WIN98 says it's an incorrect command or filename... I've never understood the reason...

But in the XP interface, under "Run" - "COMMAND", entering "command /?" directly shows Chinese help, but I just don't know how to save it.
