I recently ran into a strange phenomenon. It may be because I opened a malicious webpage. Every time after rebooting, all the hard drives on my machine get shared. Does anyone know how to deal with it? Many thanks. Am I infected?

It seems Win2000 shares all drives by default. If others want to access your computer, they need a higher-level user account to access all your drives. There's nothing wrong. Just manage your accounts well.

If it's under 98, the chance of a virus is relatively high

Nimda-type viruses seem to have this as one of their symptoms... Run antivirus.
