Today I read brglng's "Solving the NTFS Access Dilemma! (Paragon IFS Driver 4.01)" and wengier's "Fantasy about FreeDOS". The dosntfs.zip (boot disk image file supporting NTFS) posted on the fifth floor. After some pondering by myself—actually just adding TW32 (supporting Pinyin and Wubi input) in the image file and repeated testing on the virtual machine, I finally achieved access to Chinese directories (including long Chinese directories) in the NTFS partition in the VMWare virtual machine. But files cannot be copied. See the picture in the attachment

I hope everyone can search for the mentioned files in the forum and then do it by themselves.

Usage:
First, extract dosntfs.zip, then add TW32 with WINIMAGE and save it.
PS: The original image does not have enough space to add TW32. You can delete some software in the original image that you won't use (about two are enough). It is best to make a 2.88M floppy disk image.
If there is no floppy drive, you can use this boot management software Avlgomgr (recommended—very good and easy to use software) to achieve booting from the hard disk.
The usage of Avlgomgr is packaged together with the software.
Finally, I hope everyone can do it by themselves.
The resources about DOS in the forum are very rich.

It should be possible to copy files, and I have tried it without any problems. There is a problem in the above picture, that is, there is no attention to a space in the file name in "TYPE 新建文本文档.TXT", which should be changed to:

TYPE "新建 文本文档.TXT" (Note that when there is a space in the file name, add quotes, or directly access it with the 8.3 short file name)

In addition, there are already simplified versions of UCDOS and CCDOS97 in the forum, all about 200KB, so it is all right to directly put them in the boot disk.

Sure enough, the last one accessed with the short file name had no error message.
