My friend's USB flash drive prompts that it needs to be formatted before it can be used after double-clicking, and then formatting shows that Windows cannot format it! What's going on?

Maybe when copying the picture, it was pulled out before it was completely copied. It is suggested to format it with a special USB flash drive formatting tool, and it should be fine. Remember, USB flash drives have cache, and you must wait until the data is written before pulling it out, otherwise problems will occur!
