China DOS Union

I need to copy a dll to the C drive because Windows XP is missing a dll and I can't get into Windows>>>
I downloaded your site's super ms-dos and made a super msdos boot 3.5-inch floppy, but I don't know how to search for the location of that abc.dll from the CD in DOS. What is the command and how to use it?
