It just reports insufficient memory, and it happens while running. The contents of autoexec.bat are as follows:

You should add one line in config.sys:
dos=high
This way the DOS command interpreter will be placed in the HMA, freeing up 64K of space.
Also, you might as well move the line device=A:\himem.sys to the very top. I used HWINFO4.8 before and there was enough memory.
If there is still not enough memory, then you need to copy emm386.exe onto the floppy disk, and add one line after device=A:\himem.sys: device=a:\emm386.exe noems. If you haven't loaded emm386, the LH command is completely useless and won't save any memory.

That's right, my 5.22 runs fine with these settings.
