How to use DUSE?
After reading the article here, I added the following according to the example inside:
DEVICE=C:\DUSE\DUSE.EXE VERBOSE DRIVES=2 XFER=8 SEC=2048 NOCD

After running it, I got:
DUSE version 4.2 Build 65 (general)
DOS USB Stack with USB Storage Extensions
Copyright Cypress Semiconductor, 2000-20002

Does this mean I can use a USB external hard disk now? But how do I know what drive letter the USB hard disk is?
If the syntax is wrong, how should I change it?

The NOCD parameter is exactly what makes DUSE not support USB-CDROM.

Mine is a USB hard disk, not a CD-ROM drive, and it can't be found under DOS either.

DUSE cannot support USB flash drives. But BIOS can support some USB flash drives.
