In addition to Chaoxing, there are many other software programs that can open this type of file. For example, BOOX VIEWER 1.0, which is widely available online.

What a terrible article you uploaded! When I tried to open it, I was prompted to register, but after registering, I still couldn't open it. I suggest not uploading content with access restrictions in the future; it made me go through all that trouble only to still not be able to open it.
