I feel the same. In fact, authors often include detailed explanatory information in the help messages, and often the author took part in making it. But some people only hope others will teach them step by step how to operate it, and never take the initiative to explore on their own. It is very hard to make progress that way.

Actually, if you are developing software yourself, and of course not just for your own use, you also have to consider how to make the help and prompt information good, and how to make users feel your software is easy to use. That is what it means to think for the users. You cannot just think it is enough that you yourself can use it well; you have to think from the user's perspective.

Learning

Back then KV300 was the most awesome antivirus software. Not only was I incredibly familiar with this interface, I also studied that little manual booklet that came with the disk thoroughly.
