Extraction instructions:
Generally, extraction is no problem, but if WinRAR prompts that the xx package is not found, please name the two downloaded files in order as:
ntcmds.part1.rar
ntcmds.part2.rar
Then extraction should be no problem

Actually, I wanted to upload this attachment as early as 2004, but the forum system had file upload issues at that time and it didn't succeed. When it was uploaded, XP had already become popular~ So, now XP users don't need to download this file because it is in: C:\windows\help\ntcmds.chm
