I remember that during last summer vacation, because of a DOS problem, I came to wengier's New DOS Age. Right away I was attracted by the rich DOS materials on the site and the webmaster's deep DOS knowledge, and I also became friends with wengier.
In the blink of an eye we've been apart for half a year. Now I finally have ADSL myself and can go online every day now
Seeing that this DOS Union has been done even better than the previous one, and that there are more and more friends who love DOS, I feel very happy. As long as everyone is doing it for the sake of technology and has the spirit of helping each other, I don't see why in a few years we Chinese won't also have our own OS. Since Linus could develop Linux from Unix, then why can't we develop our own chndos from the current DOS? (temporary name)
Those Americans think that only they can make first-rate software, and that Chinese people can only help them a little and develop some applications under Windows. Bah! The era when China was manipulated by others politically is long past. Must we still become slaves to Windows in the 21st century today??
Rise up, work hard for our own OS, and work hard for the takeoff of our country's software industry!
I hope every truly patriotic person can contribute something toward our own OS. I believe that before long, we too will have a place in the OS world!
