Are the BC++ 3.1 installation files you downloaded all in IMG format? If so, then you must use a tool for extracting IMG files (such as TIMG, SIMG, etc.) to extract each IMG file to the hard drive one by one before you can install it. The installer is install.exe; it seems to be inside Disk1.img.
