I have two hard disks, A and B. I copied the downloaded DOS 6.22 files to hard disk B, and booted with hard disk B as the primary disk,
but it would not boot.
Then I formatted the partition on hard disk B, and used SYS to transfer the system boot files to the partition on hard disk B.
Then I copied the DOS 6.22 files from hard disk A to the partition on hard disk B!
Booting with hard disk B as the primary disk works!
But when I run FDISK, it shows "Incorrect DOS version"
Why is this happening?
