I downloaded a copy of PC TOOLS, but I don't really know how to use it! Is PC TOOLS software unusable on a computer with Windows installed? Windows is a 32-bit system, but I still can't use it when I boot up the computer. Why is that? Could the experts here give me some pointers [em07]

Not necessarily. For example, SoftKey's PCTOOLS supports FAT32 and large hard disks, etc. Some versions of Windows are 32-bit, such as Win9x/NT/2K/XP.
