I've installed a machine, the C drive is 98 (fat32), and the D drive is DOS (fat16). Is there a way to make it a dual - boot?

No need to do dual-boot, just use MS-DOS 7.10. Older versions of DOS don't support FAT32.

How to install MS-DOS 7.10? How to configure it to support Chinese and Chinese input?

First, boot the system with my MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk. After booting, use the SYS command to transfer the system to the hard disk, and then use COPY to copy other commands. In this way, a simple MS-DOS 7.10 system is ready. Installing the Chinese system is also very simple. Just install software such as UCDOS, CCDOS97, etc. under DOS. The download address of my MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk is:
