I was using dosimg in the command prompt in WIN98 at that time. It didn't work in pure DOS. I don't really understand the specific problem. I'm also a beginner. Actually, it's very simple. For example, if your dos71_1.img and dos71_2.img are in the msdos71f folder on the C drive, then dosimg dos71_1.img c:\dos71 and dosimg dos71_2.img c:\dos71 will extract these 2 IMG files to the DOS71 folder on the C drive. Then enter this folder in pure DOS and SETUP. PS: I don't understand why dosimg doesn't work in pure DOS on my side~ It has to be used in the command prompt of 98~! I'm depressed!

Is your C drive in NTFS format? DOS can't recognize NTFS format.

Probably DOSIMG is a 32-bit DOS application, so it can't run in pure DOS and can only run in Windows.

Brother upstairs! But I see many places saying that DOSIMG is a program in DOS~ There's no reason it's a 32-bit DOS application~ If that's the case, it doesn't count as a DOS application at all!~ I believe this software should have been around before Windows~?
