Use debug to make a .com file containing one statement, jmp ffff:0. Running that .com file will reset the machine. Steps:
C:\DOS>debug
-A100
XXXX:0100 JMP FFFF:0
XXXX:0105
-RCX
:5
-NRESET.COM
-W
-Q

Writing 1234 to 40:xxxx (I forgot the exact place) can also do Ctrl+Alt+Del
