1. My system is DOS 8.0. If duse.exe is not loaded in config.sys, Tianhui Chinese 3.2 can start normally. But if duse.exe is loaded in config.sys, Tianhui will not start, and it says: program too big to fit in memory. Why?
2. Also, after loading duse.exe in config.sys, as soon as the mouse driver starts, the machine hangs. What exactly is going on?

You need to optimize memory. The reason is that conventional memory is too small.

Possible solutions to try:
Load himem.sys and emm386.exe in config.sys, then use devicehigh when loading duse, and see whether duse can be loaded into upper memory (that way it won't take up conventional memory). Also, when starting Tianhui, you can try loading it with lh.

In short, DOS is a very backward system. Most programs can only use 640KB of conventional memory, while memory beyond 1M is not very easy for many programs to use. In short, it's troublesome.
