I'd like to ask all you older brothers and sisters, I'm still a student and really want to learn DOS knowledge from you. Right now I have a question: can Chinese characters be entered under DOS? If so, then how are Chinese characters entered?

To enter Chinese characters under DOS, you must have Chinese character software. The simplest method is: after DOS starts, go into the command directory under the Win98 directory and run pdos95.bat. If you don't have Win98, download a DOS Chinese character software package from the Internet.
