I want to delete “New Folder”, but it keeps saying this folder is being shared. Can DOS tell which program is using this folder? What should I do?

With Windows Optimization Master you can see the modules used by each program, and there are module addresses, but what about files?

There is a small piece of software called WHO LOCK ME that can check which program is currently using a file.
