My system is WINxp PRO, hard drive in FAT32 format
After creating the boot disk and entering DOS, the drive letter stays at A: Some internal commands such as: cls time dir etc. only work on drive A; for other drives they all return the message |“Invalid drive Specification”. I can't even format the hard drive. Please help me solve this. |

I think it's caused by your DOS boot disk version being too old. Have you tried booting DOS with an MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk?:
