DOS is the most basic.
My operating system broke down the other day (strictly speaking, it was infected with a virus). I don't know how to repair it in DOS. Damn it, so annoying. So from now on, I'm going to learn DOS, Delphi, C language, etc. every day. I want to enrich myself!!! |

Sometimes DOS can do it, but Windows can't because of some restrictions. For example, modifying the file attributes, I can't modify the system attributes with Windows.
