Oh, the file of the building owner can be found in XP's WINDOWS\HELP\ with the file name NTCMDS.chm. This is the instruction of CMD itself in XP.

In any Chinese version of XP system, there is it. The ntcmds help file in the C:\WINDOWS\Help directory is it........... It's just that some people don't know it....
