Boot into pure DOS using a boot disk, then typing xpdos.bat prompts that command.com cannot be copied. Restarting has an MS - DOS startup menu, but commands cannot be executed, and it also prompts that the path of command.com is incorrect.

If after doing the dual - system according to your method, when using GHOST for backup and re - installing the system to partition, is it just okay to use format instead of format /s?

I did it step by step. I studied in a rather messy way. Just typing slowly, and as a result, XP can't be booted into. I had to use GHOST to redo it.
