There are many ways to "crack" the CMOS password. The main ones are as follows:

1. Change hardware configuration
When you lose the CMOS password, you can first try to change the hardware configuration of the machine and then restart. Because when booting, if the system finds that the new hardware configuration is different from the original hardware configuration, it may allow you to directly enter the CMOS to reset without the password. The method of changing the hardware configuration is very simple: for example, pull out a memory stick or install a CPU of a different model (of course, the motherboard needs to support it), replace a hard drive, etc.

Does this method work???????

There are plenty of this kind of things online, just search and you'll find a bunch! I've read this article before as well.
