The one upstairs should be correct. I once wrote this thing in an interview, and I don't know whether the final outcome is right or wrong. If we consider hours, minutes, and seconds from the perspective of a circle, the only overlapping point is at 12 o'clock (the starting point). If it's a mechanical watch that jumps once per second, it's exactly 23 times. 00:00:00 and 1:00:00 are the same point.

Strange, can this be done with batch processing?
I remember seeing this problem when I studied radian angles (rad) in math books.

If the owner of the post is asking a brain teaser, the answer to this question is: 0 times, because the three needles are different in size and length, so they cannot be completely coincident.

There are so many kinds of answers upstairs. The problem is that we only pay attention to the surface indication of the clock and ignore the basic common sense of how the clock or watch operates...
