DOS is the abbreviation of disk. DOS should cover all kinds of operating systems. Today I installed DOS 7.1.

There was originally WIN98 installed on the machine (it's a very old machine, but it's quite good for learning). I hope to achieve dual-boot between DOS 7.1 and WIN98.

I saw in the articles introducing the CD installation of DOS 7.1 that the installation program can automatically set up dual-boot. I don't know why there is no dual-boot menu after my installation.

After installing DOS 7.1, the machine directly boots to DOS 7.1. If I want to go to WIN98, I need to run WIN under C:\, which is a bit troublesome.

Please, any expert, can you teach me how to achieve dual-boot between DOS 7.1 and WIN98 in my current situation?

Just now I read the introduction article of installing DOS 7.1 again.

It says that if there was originally WinNT/2K/XP installed on the machine, after the installation of MSDOS 7.1 is completed, the system boot will have a dual-boot menu.

It seems that running WIN98 can only be done by executing the WIN command under DOS 7.1.
