Dear webmaster:
How do you do!
At present, I have WIN2000 installed on drive C, in FAT32 format. Drive D is in FAT32 format. I downloaded MS-DOS 7.1 and extracted it to drive D. Then when I boot with the MS-DOS 7.1 boot disk and install, the system always reminds me to specify the installation path. But after specifying it, it always doesn't recognize it. The system defaults to A:. Thank you, webmaster, for your guidance!

I installed DOS 7.1 under XP. After selecting MS-DOS 7.1 in the system menu, there is only a cursor on the screen instead of displaying C:\. What is the reason for this? Which expert can tell me?

I downloaded the CD version of MS-DOS 7.10 and mounted it on a virtual drive, but I can't install it. I didn't find the SETUP.EXE file. There are only 'BOOT' 'DOS71' 'diskem1x' 'diskemu' 'README' 'SETUP'. This SETUP is useless. Please ask an expert for advice. Mine is WINDOWS XP.
