You need to load HIMEM.SYS first to use EMM386 to simulate EMS. Ensure that there are at least the following two lines in CONFIG.SYS, and ensure that EMM386 is below HIMEM.
device=\himem.sys device=\emm386.exe ram |

I didn't find the himem.sys file under the C drive. But this file represents the extended memory of DOS, and my computer allows the extended memory of DOS. That is to say, as long as I write this part in (device=\himem.sys), it will be okay, right?
