DOS is really easy to use. Some problems that can't be solved under Windows are easily solved under DOS.

A foot is short while an inch is long. DOS, as long as its advantages are brought into play, still has a market within the next 20 years!
It's a pity that current school education can't keep up. They start with WINDOWS, VB, VC directly, and the most basic DOS is instead forgotten.

The source code of all versions of FreeDOS and all its tools is fully open. Doesn't that represent freedom, openness, and development? Yes, the source code of many Unix-like operating systems is also open. But the main application objects of DOS and Unix are different. DOS is mainly used for PC computers, while Unix is mainly used for servers and computer hacker-level experts. In the PC market, DOS actually left Unix far behind 20 years ago (back then, who used Unix for personal users? Didn't everyone use DOS?). Now, DOS represented by FreeDOS represents freedom, openness, and development on PC computers.

Then why do you always praise M$-DOS, win3.x, 9x? Don't say you have their source codes. Be careful! Microsoft will sue these moderators of yours. FreeBSD can completely replace FREEDOS, and the main platform of FreeBSD is also PC.
